I am driven by a deep passion for empowering women in leadership to redefine their paths and reclaim their power. My journey to becoming a leadership reinvention coach, personal effectiveness strategist, and divorce recovery coach has been shaped by my own personal and professional struggles and triumphs as a woman who has been in leadership for over 20 years.
As a lawyer and later a female leader in tech, I wore a mask, hiding my true self to fit in and be taken seriously. My personal life mirrored these professional struggles. In the mid-2000s, my marriage collapsed and I became a reluctant and devastated single mother to my two daughters, facing trauma and depression head-on. The pressure to maintain appearances in the boardroom while my world was falling apart was overwhelming.
In these darkest moments, I discovered my true strength. By embracing vulnerability and seeking help, I began to heal and emerged with a renewed and reinvented sense of purpose, I went on to do Masters in Technology, an MBA, retrained as a coach and became a best-selling author.
Today, my mission is to empower women in leadership roles to break free from societal expectations and reclaim their authentic selves with empathy, boldness and conviction. I guide women through reinvention journeys, helping them achieve personal effectiveness and recover from setbacks,. My goal is to create a community of resilient, empowered women who lead with authenticity and grace, are recognised, respected and rewarded for their talents as well as the valuable contributions made to the profit, performance and profitability of their respective organisations. In this way, redefining what it means to be a woman in leadership. Together, we disrupt the status quo regarding gender bias, leaving a living legacy that inspires the next generation to do the same and more.
